CUSTOMERIZATION IS THE THEME OF THE BMA FULL DAY COLORADO CONFERENCE

On February 3, the Colorado Chapter of the Business Marketing Association held their Annual Conference at the Denver Athletic Club from 8AM-4P.
Over 60 marketers attended to hear speakers and a panel on Customerizstion: Customer-Centricity in Today’s B2B Marketplace. After introductory remarks by Glenn Thayer, the Voice of Meeting and Events, Michelle Smith, OC Tanner, gave the opening keynote address on Key Steps for Increasing Marketing Influences and Success. A panel discussion followed on Why Marketing and Sales Partnership Matters followed by Sandy McCray, Intengo, on leveraging the Wisdom of Crowds to Understand Your Audience. John Darling, Demandbase, followed with Account-Based Marketing.
After lunch and table exercises, Rick Griffith discussed 5 Ways Conflict is Inherently Valuable and Jeremiah Fellows spoke to How Do I Really Use a Customer Journey Map? The conference wrapped up with a social hour from 4-5PM. Conference Chair Dawn-Marie Kerper and her crew did an amazing jog of lining up speakers for the event.
